Vivid in colour and energetic in expression are landscape pictures captured by Wendy Leach. Painted sceneries of New Zealand landscapes, France, Italy and in recent years from Jordan captivate.
She is a contemporary artist who currently lives and is born in Auckland. After graduating in Fine Arts, her painting career developed aside of teaching art. Since 1988 she displayed solo and in group exhibitions. Oil paint and mixed media painting techniques are used in her works.
In January 2008, resuming her Master of Fine Arts, the artist was awarded First Class Honours.
